A ceremony involves extensive research, writing, paperwork and preparation that takes place to prepare a service. Celebrate with Serendipity's fees and packages are inclusive of the accumulative time spent on the ceremony or event. Quality over quantity is key, consequently, I provide additional time for meetings, emails and phone calls, preparation meetings and travel to and from the event.

The below packages and fees reflect a fair remuneration based on experience and quality of service. Fees for additional services or time extensions are decided on a case-by-case basis.

A non-refundable booking fee of $150 is payable to secure a date.

NOTE: Upon booking and payment of the deposit, one pre-wedding planning meeting will take place to confirm your legal details. This will be required in person (location TBA by the Celebrant).

All Wedding are quoted individually and have a formal contract. Payment is available in installments over three payments

Inclusions

Upon booking and your deposit paid 2 x pre-wedding meeting, plus unlimited email and phone communication from the clients to the celebrant includes 1x rehearsal

The conducting/solemnisation of the marriage ceremony at the agreed time, date and place

Completion of all legal documents -pre and post the ceremony Ceremonial Marriage Certificate (addition cost for official Certificate) A Commemorative Commonwealth of Australia Certificate of Marriage is optional.
Personalised bespoke ceremony, which could include readings, rituals or aspects from different traditions, cultures and beliefs.
A registry signing table & two chairs are provided.
